Equus - Fixes - NO SHINE Tails!

So. Horses aren't made out of plastic wrap. Nor are they LAMINATED. Well, not in my experience.

Apparently the game designers over at EA DISAGREED - and as a result, MOST of the horses in the game produce an odd shine that makes them look...well like shiny plastic shrink-wrapped ponies. We managed to pinpoint the issue down to a flaw within the tails - all tails but the medium length tail seemed to produce a BIZARRE shine.
